ARC10 - 宽高比转换器
Description
ARC10是一款标准的宽高比转换器，支持水平缩放，帧同步和视频索引插入功能。ARC10支持525和625视频格式。在16：9和4：3转换中，水平缩放功能可以实现全屏或者边框显示。ARC10的缩放功能是任意的，可将图象轻松的转换成为非标准比例，并且支持整幅图象或边框图象转换。 ARC10依据SMPTE推荐的RP186规定可实现视频索引信息插入功能。ARC10支持1.1版本。
