VWI20 - Preset based VI and WSS inserter

Description
The VWI20 inserts VI (Video index) or WSS (wide screen signaling) into a
SDI video signal. These VI and WSS values can then be used to pass on the right
aspect ratio to other studio equipment, or to set top boxes (WSS only). With the VWI20 you can use presets to
translate or adjust existing VI and WSS values and re-insert them in the video
signal.
